Marjane Plans a 12,000-Square-Metre Retail Park in Dakhla

Marjane Group’s new Dakhla development includes a future retail park of more than 12,000 square metres, requiring an additional MAD 80 million investment after the hypermarket’s first phase. The overall MAD 260 million project is expected to create more than 500 direct and indirect jobs. HPC can support property feasibility studies, commercial-site research and development planning.
